This little cutie was such a delight coming to the studio. She definitly had her saying in how to pose, because everytime I touched her just a little bit she gave a little baby warning grunt. It was too cute.

Ok now this little girl is so special to me – let me tell you why. A couple of weeks ago my husband decided to take our kids down to the beach. I had to work so I stayed here. That weekend happened to be the first weekend this year being absolutely gorgeous weather – in the 7os and sunshine. So I thought to celebrate to have a contest on face-book. So I told people to write me the reason they most deserve a free session. Although many sweet sweet comments were made and believe me I wish I would have loved to give everyone of them a free session – Kera’s (Delilahs mom) story stuck out the most.

Delilah was diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome, a genetic disorder that causes low muscle tone in infants and an insatiable hunger in the near future. People with PWS are unable to control their food intake which, if un-monitored, can lead to diabetes, morbid obesity and even death. When she was born she was so weak from low muscle tone that she couldn’t eat.

Kera told me because of these problems they had to focus on the health of their daughter instead of having pictures taking. Of course after I heard that I couldn’t pass it up to meet this precious miracle of life. Because of PWS doctors told the family that Delilah is probably not going to walk until she is 3 or 4 and guess what she is 20 months and boy she can walk.

The best thing for me happened during the session. I took all these pictures and Delilah thought it was fun to see herself on the screen of my camera, so I showed her. Then she started to point at herself and was so proud. Simple moment right – yeah until Mom suddenly proclaimed: Oh my gosh she never done this before. Meaning pointing with her pointer. See she normally could only point with her whole hand, but during the session she learned how to just use her pointer. That was a proud moment for me!!

Thank you guys so much for sharing these special moments with me and I wish Delilah nothing but the best. She is my little inspiration.

Now this little fellow was so cute and oh my goodness – I have never seen such a happy little thing. I think he never stopped smiling and giggling the entire session. Of course he loved his little smash cake and just went out of town with it.I love this sessions, because you never know how the kids react to their first sugar high Daniel did awesome.

Emmaline, what a beautiful name and what a beautiful baby. This session was so much fun. Moms sister made some headbands and hats, so little Emmaline modeled these for us at her young age of 7 days old. I see a future starting.

Do you see these cute boys that came to me to hang out. I so enjoyed meeting this little family. The boys were such angels throughout the session, but keeping up with 2 at the same time is hard work. Mom and dad were big big help and with paci and humming and singing, I think we got lots accomplished.

I love twins and I am always totally excited when parents call me to capture their little ones. We had some beautiful moments you only experience during a twin session. Thank you so much for sharing these with me.
